Criteria vary by university and scheme, but almost every award is assessed on the points below. Not sure where you stand? Send us your profile and we will tell you honestly.
A consistent academic record — most awards look for 60%+ in your last qualification, and top merit awards for 75%+ or an equivalent CGPA.
A valid IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or Duolingo score as required by the university. Some universities accept MOI (Medium of Instruction) letters.
Most scholarships are linked to an offer letter from the university, so we apply for admission and funding in parallel.
Open to Bachelor's, Master's and PhD applicants. Certain grants are restricted to specific subjects, such as STEM, management or research programmes.
Income proof, bank statements and, for need-based aid, an income certificate — we help you compile a complete, verifiable file.
Government and state schemes may add domicile, income-ceiling, caste or minority-community conditions. We check these before you apply.
Beyond the fee waiver, funding changes your loan, your visa file and your CV.
Partial to full tuition waivers that can cut your course cost significantly, depending on the award and university.
Selected schemes add a maintenance allowance, one-time airfare, or a settling-in grant on top of the fee waiver.
Every rupee funded is a rupee you don't borrow — smaller education loan, smaller EMI after you graduate.
A funded offer strengthens your financial documentation, which supports a cleaner student visa application.
A named scholarship on your record adds real weight to your CV and future applications.
Guidance on teaching and research assistantships, on-campus jobs and stipends that further reduce your costs.
One counsellor stays with you from the first evaluation to the final sanction letter.
Share your marks, test scores, budget and target country. We map you to the awards you realistically qualify for.
You get a written shortlist of universities and scholarships with amounts, criteria and closing dates.
SOP, essays, LORs, transcripts, income and domicile certificates — checked and formatted to each scheme's format.
We submit the university and scholarship applications together and track every acknowledgement.
We chase pending decisions and prepare you for scholarship interviews or verification calls where required.
Once granted, we help with acceptance formalities, fee adjustment and the paperwork for disbursement.
Scholarship funds are awarded until they run out — the earlier you apply, the more is left on the table for you.

Indicative timelines. University and government deadlines are revised every year — contact us for the exact closing date of the scheme you are targeting.
Students domiciled in Karnataka and belonging to notified minority communities can apply for state minority welfare scholarships and overseas education support administered by the Directorate of Minorities and the Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation (KMDC). We guide eligible students through the scheme alongside their university application.
